These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, platforms and services provided by CastGlobe Corporation (“CastGlobe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to digital marketing, reputation management, website design, software platforms and related consulting (collectively, the “Services”).

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of business information (such as business name, address, phone number, pricing, hours of operation and legal notices) appearing on your website, listings and ads.
Unless otherwise stated in a written Service Agreement:
You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense our templates, platforms or proprietary tools without our written permission.
You retain all rights to content you provide to us. You grant CastGlobe a limited license to use, reproduce, modify and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services and promoting your business.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to provide such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
Unless you request otherwise in writing, you grant CastGlobe permission to:
For ongoing subscriptions, fees may be charged automatically to the payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests for changes and revisions within the scope of the Service Agreement. Significant changes, additional features or scope increases may result in additional fees and extended timelines.
Any delays caused by your failure to provide information, approvals or access on time may postpone delivery dates. CastGlobe is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (including third-party outages or platform policy changes).
The term of your engagement with CastGlobe is defined in your Service Agreement or subscription plan.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Fees & Payment, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Indemnity) will continue to apply.
Our Services often rely on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft/Bing, BrightLocal, hosting providers, etc.). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for:
You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of service. Any breach of platform rules by you may impact our ability to deliver Services and may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, platform policies and your own operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CastGlobe, our directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party and to use it only for purposes of performing or receiving the Services, unless disclosure is required by law or with prior written consent.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you agree that we may process personal information in accordance with that Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services will first be discussed in good faith between the parties. If they cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be submitted to the courts of Ontario, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice (e.g., email, in-app notification).
Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
