GoHighLevel integration

OnCall → GoHighLevel.

OnCall sends events to a GHL inbound webhook. GHL workflows handle contact creation, tagging, and pipeline stages. Native preset — no Zapier in the middle.

    In GoHighLevel, create a Workflow

    Automation → Workflows → New. Trigger: Inbound Webhook.

    Copy the inbound webhook URL

    GHL displays the URL after you add the trigger. It looks like https://services.leadconnectorhq.com/hooks/....

    In OnCall, add a GoHighLevel destination

    Settings → Integrations → Add destination → GoHighLevel preset. Paste the URL. Send a test event — payload is GHL-shaped automatically.

    In GHL, add Workflow actions

    Common pattern: Create/Update Contact, then Add Tag based on event (e.g. oncall_hot), then Create Opportunity in your pipeline.

    Map OnCall fields to GHL

    Use Custom Values: {{inboundWebhookRequest.data.phone}}, {{inboundWebhookRequest.data.email}}, {{inboundWebhookRequest.data.name}}.

    Publish the workflow

    Done. OnCall events now create GHL contacts and opportunities automatically.
