Common questions

Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Most customers do — they keep their published number and use call forwarding to send unanswered calls to their OnCall number. The AI picks up; the customer never hears a difference.
What happens to calls the AI can't handle?
It says so honestly, captures the contact info, and texts you. You can also configure a transfer-to-human number for live escalation.
Can I edit what the AI says?
Every part. Greeting, knowledge base, qualifying questions, voicemail message, after-hours behavior. Edit in the dashboard; changes go live in seconds.
What if I have multiple locations?
