Tell Eva about your business

Paste your website URL. Eva auto-extracts your services, hours, service area, and FAQs into her knowledge base. Edit anything she got wrong.

Common questions

Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Most customers do — they keep their published number and use call forwarding to send unanswered calls to their OnCall number. Eva picks up; the customer never hears a difference.
What happens to calls Eva can't handle?
She tells the caller honestly that she\'ll have a teammate follow up, captures the contact info, and texts you. You decide whether to also configure a transfer-to-human number for live escalation.
Can I edit what she says?
Every part of the script. Greeting, knowledge base, qualifying questions, voicemail message, after-hours behavior. Edit in the dashboard; changes go live in seconds.
What if I have multiple locations?
Buy one phone number per location. Each can route to a different calendar, different transfer number, different knowledge base section.
Can Eva text customers back?
Yes — automatic SMS follow-up runs for 14 days after a call. Booked appointments and replies stop the sequence. You can also send manual SMS from the dashboard.
