Pricing questions

What happens if my wallet runs out?
Eva stops answering — calls roll to voicemail or wherever you've configured fallback. We email you when the wallet drops below your alert threshold (default: $10). You can also set auto-recharge to top up automatically when low.
Can I get a refund?
Unused wallet balance is refundable any time, minus the cost of calls already taken. Email hello@castglobe.com to request.
How do I see what I've been charged?
Every call shows up in your dashboard with duration, cost, and outcome. Daily and monthly summaries are emailed. Export to CSV any time.
Are there volume discounts?
Above $500/month in spend, yes — talk to us. Below that, the published rates are the rates.
Why pay-as-you-go instead of a monthly subscription?
Service businesses have wildly variable call volume. A $200/month subscription is a bad deal for slow months and a great deal for busy ones — and you usually find out which after you sign up. Pay-as-you-go means you pay your real cost, every month.
