HubSpot integration

OnCall → HubSpot via Zapier.

OnCall delivers every lead and call event to a Zapier webhook; Zapier creates or updates the HubSpot contact, deal, or task. Six steps, ~10 minutes.

  1. 01

    Create a Zap in Zapier

    Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. Zapier will give you a webhook URL like https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/123/abc.

    Copy the Zapier webhook URL

  3. 03

    In OnCall, add a Zapier destination

    Settings → Integrations → Add destination → Zapier preset. Paste the webhook URL. Send a test event.

    Back in Zapier, add a HubSpot action

    Action: HubSpot → Create or Update Contact. Map OnCall fields (data.email, data.phone, data.name) to HubSpot fields.

    (Optional) Add a Filter

    Want only hot leads in HubSpot? Add a Zapier filter: event = lead.qualified_hot.

  6. 06

    Turn the Zap on

    Done. Every qualifying lead from OnCall now creates / updates a HubSpot contact in real time.
