OnCall → Make.com.

Make's visual scenario builder is great for routing OnCall events with conditions, loops, and transformations.

  1. 01

    Create a new Scenario

    First module: Webhooks → Custom webhook. Add a webhook, give it a name (e.g. "OnCall Sync").

    Copy the webhook URL

    Looks like https://hook.us1.make.com/abc123….

  3. 03

    In OnCall, add a Make destination

    Settings → Integrations → Make.com preset. Paste the URL.

  4. 04

    Send a test event

    Make's webhook learns the structure from the test payload.

  5. 05

    Build your downstream modules

    Common pattern: Router → branch on event field → different actions for hot leads vs bookings vs call recaps.

  6. 06

    Activate the scenario

    Done. Make will execute on every OnCall event.
