OnCall → Zapier → anything.

Zapier lets you route OnCall events to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable — or any of 6,000+ Zapier-supported apps.

  1. 01

    Create a new Zap

    Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook.

  2. 02

    Copy the catch URL

    Looks like https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/123/abc.

  3. 03

    In OnCall, add a Zapier destination

    Settings → Integrations → Zapier preset. Paste the catch URL.

  4. 04

    Send a test event from OnCall

    Zapier will see the test data and let you map fields downstream.

    Add your action step

    Pipedrive: Pipedrive → Create Person + Deal. Salesforce: Salesforce → Create Lead. HubSpot: HubSpot → Create or Update Contact. Slack: Slack → Send Channel Message.

  6. 06

    Turn the Zap on

    Done. Add filters, paths, and additional steps as you grow.
